The Trip 2009 - Sweden 29

Thursday 30th July.

We had rain again over night and it was still overcast when I set out for the usual early walk with P-G and Mollie.

The local mooring area on Lake Siljan.

Now that's what a real frying pan looks like!

And a BBQ to suit!

Vastanvik.

This is my favourite wood pile, found when walking back through the village area.

This proves that a row of mail boxes is not just a rural Australian thing!

A local "melon back" truck.

I knew we were being followed by American classics.

A lovely village area with interesting homes.

This road sign was near the turning into P-G and Agnettas property and I'm told that it means beware because there are hearing impaired people in the area.

The turning up to P-G and Agnettas home.

We started to pack up after breakfast ready for the trip back to Sundbyberg. We had late fika with P-G and Agnetta before driving back, arriving about 1700. While Elin and Jim took the car back to Mia, Di and myself walked down to ICA for some food shopping. We also bought a potted plant for Elins name day on Friday.
Mia drove Elin and Jim home. She stayed for dinner and we enjoyed the last of Taylor and Jones pies.
