We were early so George took us to see this novel butchers shop in Woollahra.
I haven't seen a door handle like this before.
Very plush and up market with even the butchers performing on their own individual blocks, behind a glass screen.
Now that's what I call a BBQ.

This is a curing room where the meat is on an overhead conveyor which rotates in front of a wall of salt blocks which are supposed to aid the curing process!
