A nice day to finish packing before driving to Manchester airport. We returned the hire car and had a lot better service than when we picked it up. We had driven approximately 1300 miles when in the UK.
We booked in our luggage and ticked all the rule and regulation boxes by about 15:30 ready for a flight leaving around 19:00.
Once on board a full flight, we found ourselves sitting next to a bloke from Perth, Western Australia, who now lives near Leksand.
We arrived at Arlanda about 22:00 and were met by Jim. We called in to see Elin before Jim took us to our holiday apartment but it was approx. 01:00 before we got to bed.
The owners, Goran and Kristin, had left a very nice welcoming letter with all necessary information.
Unfortunately we have to be up very early as apparently we have to take the boys to Dagis before catching the train up to Leksand.
