We had a nice leisurely breakfast and packed car for the short trip from Montgomery to Shrewsbury. We are staying our last night in the UK with Jane and Glynn in Clive. We are flying out to Sweden late tomorrow afternoon.
Of course stopping in Shrewsbury meant last minute shopping. We seemed to spend for ever buying underwear in Marks and Spencer's and cosmetics in Boots. Di also came out with loads of freebies, courtesy of a friendly sales lady.
Back to Jane's to do a couple of loads of washing.
While the washing machine was working overtime we had a short ride to a local nursery. We had been there before but its a nice relaxing place.
We had a very nice dinner with Jane and Glynn before sitting down to watch the Euro soccer where Croatia won over Spain by 2-1
Loads of sorting and packing ready for leaving Clive mid morning tomorrow.
Big day tomorrow, can't wait to see our little Swedish family.
Must remember the wet weather jackets behind the laundry door!!
