It rained heavily overnight and we woke to more rain, wind and mist. Not a very good start to the day!
We had a late breakfast as usual. What can you expect when old friends get together. I spent some time on-line sorting accommodation for the next few days, some in Llandriddrod Wells and some in Montgomery. We couldn't do much in weather like this so went visiting woolen mills again. The first was a fully working mill with lovely products but of course on journeys like ours it all comes back to the weight and do we really need another Welsh blanket. Very interesting to see all the processes and the final product. The second one we went to was water driven but not as interesting.
On the way back to Tegryn we stopped in Newcastle Emlyn for a little bite to eat. Back in Tegryn we all went to sleep and nearly missed a get together with Rod's sister and her husband. We met Janet and John at one of our favorite places in this area of Pembrokeshire, Something's Cooking is a fish and chip restaurant in Letterston. It was nice to see Jan and John again. After dinner we went back to their new home, for coffee, in Llanfallteg.
Another nice day with good friends.
