Sunday 14th June.
A lovely warm sunny day for a change. A slow relaxed morning full of conversation and making a few phone calls to arrange visits to old friends.
Later in the morning we drove up the M5, getting off at West Bromwich, to have a look at a few old haunts. We finally arrived at Aldridge for lunch with Jane and family. Again lots of catching up to do, especially with John and Emma and their plans for school and University. We had a lovely long day with them and finally got back to Mal and Ivors at about 20.00 where we sat outside talking until dusk. we watched a bit of TV before heading to bed.
The only bit of tension in the day was when talking to Jim he said that Elin still had no news about her passport.
A slow relaxed day otherwise!
