We are leaving England today and flying back to Sweden.
We spent most of the morning packing and trying to squeeze every last bit of our time in England into our luggage. We tried the weights of our bags on Janes scales which isn't a very accurate method but at least we can see that we are very close to our limits. Still we can only start worrying when we get to the airport.
We sad our farewells to Clive about midday and headed for Manchester Airport. We had a very good journey, and even after returning the car and completing all the necessary paperwork, which showed that we had covered just over 2500miles, we had to wait for the check-in gates to open at 15.30. We finally weighed in the bags are they were just under 23kgs, which was the allowed capacity. Phew !!
The plane left on time at 18.35 and we arrived at Arlanda at18.35 where we were met by Jim. I still cant get over how light it still is at this time of night.
Its great to be back with our little family.
