Yesterday was another warm sunny day so Momma, Poppa and Farfar decided they would add to my education by taking me to The Home Building and Renovating Show at Darling Harbour in Sydney.

The best way, and the most exciting, to get there is to go on the Rivercat. I'm getting good at this tourist thing. I know if we catch a certain ferry it goes all the way to Circular Quay without stopping, until it gets there of course!

I love standing on the front of the Rivercat with either Poppa or Farfar and the boat goes that fast it makes me excited and blows my hair around.

We went under the Harbour Bridge and passed the Opera House.

When we got off the ferry at Circular Quay we walked past these lovely water fountains and then up George Street into the city.
As we were in the city, walking to Darling Harbour, we called in a shop and Poppa bought some very funny shoes. Actually I don't think they can be called shoes as they look like big black feet with toes. Very strange!

This is my big cousin Alex trying them on!

This is the big park outside the exhibition hall. There are lots of water fountains and that green stuff again, which I'm sort of getting used to.

The exhibition wasn't very interesting for me as all I could see from my stroller was lots of peoples knees. To make up for this boring bit Momma let me choose our picnic place.

I took them all the way across the park......

...... to here, because the grass wasn't damp and the big people could sit on the wall.

My Farfar had some lovely thick stuff I could suck up a straw but we had to try and hide it from Momma. I really liked it, I think it was called a milk shake. Don't I look cute in my sun hat!

Momma was taking some photos with Farfar's camera because the batteries in her camera had gone flat. (Titled the Three Musketeers or Three Generations)

We walked around Darling Harbour to catch the ferry back to Rydalmere.

This is the Cockle Bay side of the harbour where all the fancy restaurants are.

This is Momma and Poppa. They are soooo old! Momma will be even older tomorrow!

That's called a monorail! Its built on top of the old bridge from one side of Darling Harbour to the other.

This is a photo from the back of the ferry as we head back up Parramatta River. Its been a lovely but long day so I'm going to have a little sleep.
