Day 17

Saturday 21st December 2013

Another hot summers day and an early start to visit the pre-Christmas market at Glenbrook, held in the school grounds.  The weather is a little different to that which our visitors are used to at Christmas.  Glenbrook is also the home of the International Gnome Festival which takes place over the Australia Day long weekend.

Swedish elegance.  Elin checking out one of the stalls. The last time she visited this market was during our autumn of 2011, which also coincided with her 30th birthday.

Di doing her bit to help the local economy.

Jim in the red shirt, also Elin and Di are in shot.

The plant stall makes a very colourful display.

All local fresh vegetables.

Jim being conned into buying something for Johan, coloured pink of course.
