Catch-up once again.

I can not believe that its been nearly five months since I was last on this blog page, way back in mid April.

In early May we had another visit from The Tree Boys. Excellent service as usual.

There were some very long, heavy branches overhanging next door which were a bit beyond my expertise.

At least we have more firewood for next season and can go away knowing that they wont fall on next doors roof.

I even ended up with two piles of very neatly stacked wood, all cut to size, courtesy of The Tree Boys.

We have had a very good crop of roses this year.

As mentioned above, the trees were being cut back so that we could go on holiday safe in the knowledge that no branches would fall on next door.

In the middle of February we started to think about holidays, encouraged by our little Swedish family, but more of that later.
