We have been looking after a big Japanese drum which was picked up this morning to be taken to a sister city function in Windsor. Alex thought it was great.

An auspicious date but the weather gods weren't in a good mood. It was the Garden Festival and Street Market at Leura in the mountains but the day was cold, wet and windy but we still made the pilgrimage.
Unfortunately a lot of the blossom had been ruined by the rain and wind.
The flowers on the wall weren't affected!!
Lots of stalls with interesting produce and craft.
Lovely gardens to see.
To finish off a cold and wet morning we treated ourselves to lunch at one of our favourite places in the mountains,The Blue Cafe at Wentworth Falls.
